I had fraudulent activity and they didn't have the security to stop it and they couldn't be bothered to resolve the issue.

Awful service. I went in to deposit some cash, I waited 20 minutes in a huge queue to use the Immediate Deposit machine. Waiting to see the 1 cashier on duty would've taken even longer with the enormous queue. Only 1 cash point was working. It's the only place available for me to do this which requires a 10 minute drive... read full comment
