I made an appointment at the Morfa store for Saturday 12th August at 10.30 as my iphone had frozen. Terrible customer service and no resolution. Just tried to get through to make a home move for more than 3 hours, and now that I am going to cancel my broadband for not having to deal with their customer service anymore! Just terrifyingly bad.
