Ordered a pizza for collection last night. It's been a while since we ordered dominos so we thought we'd give it a go. Firstly this place needs to move, there's not enough space for the staff to work in, that was evident by the service and atmosphere in the store.
Used to be a decent takeout place - then they stopped offering the vegan nuggets and plant-based chicken. Very limited choice for plant-based eaters there now, so I've stopped ordering from there.

Update* Customer service team have been in touch and sent me a refund and offered a 15 pound voucher to use as checkout. This is a kind gesture however going from the reviews on this page it is clear the staff there are still as incompetent now as they were when I ordered 3 months ago.
