All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The headsets do not bother me considering they need to be in contact with each other about work issues (deliveries, asking about stock, a manager if need be etc)

Great store with friendly and helpful staff. Yes they do talk on their headsets to update staff on deliveries due and to ask if there is stock for customers (to the person moaning that commented earlier ?)

Please remove the staff headset as the conversations being made between the various members of staff is really inappropriate. Staff are paid to work, not chat via headsets from different parts of the store.
