Two ladies working the counter I spoke to were rude and blunt. Shop is very dark and looks grubby.

Staff miserable as sin. No one ever smiles they are put right rude. Dont recommend going here.

I used to be a customer of BOOTS in the Quadrant Swansea, now I am getting my prescriptions from BOOTS in Morriston, the service is 10 times better and you're made to feel as if you're a valued customer and not just a number.
