I'd give 0 if I could. Ordered an express delivery for 11-12am. Rang at half 12 and the manager I spoke to said she would be giving to one of their drivers to bring over immediately and by 12.45 because I have things to do today. Done a food shop to be delivered between the times of 9-10pm yesterday they kept pushing the times back due to delays they gave me a new time of 10:29-10:39 that time came along still didn’t arrive I tried ringing but know one was answering then when I looked on the app it was saying delivered I rung customer experience... read full comment
