What bank closes on a Monday ???
Seems to be closed more than it’s open these days.

Not being Nationwide customer,I went in to ask if they can exchange my £20 to £5 notes.
The cashier politely asked if I do bank with them.i said",no", and got flat refusal to exchange my notes.
Never have that problem in other banks.
Is is just surprising,as it looks that I can withdraw money from my account...

I had an appointment with Lia to discuss my account and make alterations to them. She was extremely polite and helpful. I've always had excellent service from the staff at the Shotton branch.
