Absolutely awful customer service been going to shotton branch with my dad for years .He kept asking if I could go third party on his book and was told no.I contacted nationwide office and was sent a form to fill out to be told I could which I had an official letter so was fine . Lady at the bank has told me I can't pay money over the counter anymore.I have to put money in using the cash machine outside where you could get mugged.I dont think nationwide have thought this through very professionally.
