I thought all was lost as had some adverse info on my credit file due to a divorce. Been messed around and basically mislead by several mortgage companies who didn't even know their own lending criteria. Richard sorted it in one meeting. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. We thought it would be a number of years before we would be able to get the mortgage we did.
