Went in to ask for help transfering money, and although closing in ten minutes i was still walked through the whole process and had the temporary hold on my account dealt with all within 15 minutes. Super helpful and professional.

Always a very helpful professional staff who operate in premises which are very clean , well lit and conveys a real professional ambience.In view of the many banks closing down branches , we are very lucky to have this facility.Keep up the good work

The staff are rude, unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. All I wanted to do was pay cash into a barclays account. I gave them the details and they refused.
