    Absolutely impossible to get anywhere online or using phone numbers given, end up speaking to a robot. Called into our local branch in Rhyl to be told to ring the same numbers for help which can’t help! They obviously don’t employ anybody who knows what they’re doing.

    Staff just can't be bothered. Made the effort to go into store today and it was pretty quiet in there. I had been charged by a random company and wanted them to cancel that payment as it was fraud.
