To be fair to the staff they were very helpful. But Halifax themselves are just getting worse and worse, as are most personal banks in the UK

Got myself into an unfortunate situation whilst doing on line banking but, thanks to Sinead and her patience and, giving me the necessary advice and, support. The fraud dept are now helping me with the necessary enquiries.I would also like to thank the two members of staff who stayed late whilst I was still using the phone.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
