Lady who served me was a star, she was helpful and had a big smile to brighten anyones day. That said I had to wait over 20 mins to be seen as this lady was alone on the shop floor and covering both upstairs and downstairs departments. At one point I was alone in store with not one member of staff visible!

Ordered a set of number plates which were supposed to be ready within an hour. Waited for email to collect - after 5 hrs nothing so went to store- not made. They did make them up then but assistants attitude wasnt the best. Plates themselves were good.

Thanks for all your help and support fitting our roof box this week. We are now sitting in a rainy ferry port waiting to board and start our travels across Europe safe in the knowledge that the roof box will not fall off on the motorways. Many thanks to Stephen and the gang for helping me to choose, order and fit the box....
