Just got my prescription thrown back at me, the assistant said we can't do this until tomorrow as we are too short staffed take it elsewhere, there was a pharmacist there when I said I only had one tablet left they shrugged their shoulders, I was spoken to as if I was bothering them, awful experience ... avoid

Shocking, service every time, had to call up twice today for a prescription which was marked as collected last week, but was actually sitting on the shelf.

I took a prescription into the shop at 4pm on a Thursday. No customers in shop. A few members of staff to be told it won’t be ready til Tuesday. Went in on Friday at 5-30 with another prescription again Jo customers and a few members of staff to be told antibiotics only. Won’t be done til Monday. If they were busy...
