Horrendous embarrassing experience! Attempted to return a top today which I had lost the receipt for. The jobsworth older sales assistant simply said, "computer says no!" and would not budge. I am so disappointed with this company. I had bought so many furniture and bed lining from them and the service they provided to us when one of our coffee table came damaged is unacceptable.
