Lost out on a parcel because they won't give me it without ID. my current ID is being replaced! Never needed ID the other 20 times I've had a parcel. Don't use yodel collect at this store, awful customer service!!!

Useless shop, I had a parcel delivered there by parcel force, but they refused to take it, don't offer a service if you don't have the facility's
