Very helpful staff. There is often a short queue, but it is worth waiting and the staff are as efficient as they can be while dealing professionally and courteously with everyone. Wheel chair friendly. Shares its floorspace with a chemist.

Almost always perfect but try to explain how your box won't fit inside their box sending a small parcel, then you discover more training is needed (I send an item which weighs 400Grams and is 59.5cm long and very thin and in it's box it only fits in the 35 x45 x 16 'small package size' by placing it across the 'solid diagonal'... read full comment
