It susually the customer that gets criticised for not being polite. However the owners here seem to talk to each other in their own language when serving you with no communication or thank you. Very rude

Love this little shop, staff are so helpful and friendly.Other stores locally have higher prices on their products where this store are very reasonable and I often shop for bits there as tesco would be more expensive
