Took my granddaughter here for a treat, the service was ok, we had table service, they were behind but got to remember they are a drive through as well so it's quite busy

Where to start? Twice I've called in around midnight. Always short staffed. Extremely slow service even last night food was being made and left to pile up as no one was serving and when we did have our food it was almost cold from where it been stood.
