Other than the wait to have my covid and flu jabs, the pharmacist was taking calls and helping to put away the delivery while we were all waiting well over 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment on our letter. Very thorough, though, when he got back on track with the injections.

It is saddening to see the level of service and care has taken a negative turn since the chemist changed hands.
