Shocking customer service , lose prescriptions , lie that they've not had it when surgery says they've collected it definitely Medications missing from my bag of meds that should be in there but label on bag says rhy are. Rude staff and regularly don't have stock for repeats. I give them no stars

Picked up my repeat prescription this afternoon and just opened it up and they've not given me my essential medication. Will have to go without till Monday now. Disgusting service

For a while now they have got my repeat prescription orders wrong, but the service has got worse and despite giving over a week to request they fail to order the meds from the GP, resulting in me running out of meds and having to go to the GP for a script.
