Hi i visit post office for posting. Its very clean and postmaster advised me for special delivery which is track and signed and reach at 1pm. My post was urgent and it reached today. Thanks for advise.

Great to see a post office back in Ponty town centre but happiness certainly wasn’t shared by the woman behind the counter. She kept me waiting whilst she scanned some parcels then beckoned me forward as if I was a naughty school pupil stepping up to the headmistress. Terrible customer service.
