My contactless cards never work on the machine and last time I visited the male member of staff kept exclaiming in a very loud voice to the rest of the shop how my card is "invalid". It was not, it was the machine, yet was made to feel somehow fraudulent. He then had a go out me, threw my items in the stock room and walked...
