The Royal Mail services in the Pontypool area these last few months have been atrociously inadequate. I live in Sebastopol, and I am receiving the wrong letters to my home for weeks - the letters are named and addressed correctly of my neighbours, yet still delivered to my address. Can't believe these had the nerve to go on strike all they ever do is post junk mail through our door and never open if you need to collect a parcel
