Ordered food for delivery at 6.25pm 9.00pm still no food. Can’t get through to phone number. They got our money mind. Not even a call to apologise for this. We then had to go to local shop to buy pizza as children were absolutely starving. Will never order from them again. Just hope we get our money... read full comment

After ordering the new buckets 2 for £11 odd i decided to park up and eat with the family as i was eating my daughter pointed put the person who had served me food gone out for a fag and continued to dig at this nose like a coal miner and blow it out onto his hands and rub it into his uniform it made my stomach turn and... read full comment

Not all the staff but most are not nice and the food takes ages not even worth coming to cwmbran kfc is 10 times better will not come here again
