Visited Sunday afternoon, took over 40 mins to get our order. Clearly Deliveroo and Just Eat orders get priority over in-restaurant customer. Very poor. Tatty Retail Park too.

Cold soggy fries, luke warm coffee, dried out salty chicken, not an enjoyable meal, in fact it was expensive and disappointing.

Don't know why I give this place a 2nd and 3rd chance, each time the food is awful and its stale cold. Really don't understand what's wrong with the Pontypool branch, the staff need training on how to deal with the food and thier customers, and maybe learn to put a smile on their face when greeting people rather than making... read full comment
