Visited the store this morning. No queue which was fab! Customer service very poor in my opinion . No interest in the customer, talking to a colleague throughout my transaction @iceland you need to provide customer service training to your retail teams!

Failed to deliver my shopping, couldn’t be bothered to even contact me to say it wasn’t coming then had the cheek to change status to delivered. Don’t think so cctv can prove it
