Turned up at 13.35 to be ibformed by a member of staff the store closes vetween 13.30 to 14.30 for lunch. Never known as Boots store lose for all staff to go on lunch at the same time.

staff are very polite one problem you have to wait quite some time for medication to be available I was told half hour and was still waiting forty minutes later

Usually busy but as my doctors are extremely slow sending prescriptions over (diabetes stuff) They sort me out every time, excellent customer service ?
