I received a reply to a question sent to bikingbarn , the web sales part of this business, late on a saturday night. The question was obscure, identifying a specific bearing. Outstanding service, very knowledgeable and could not advise me enough. The issue with my bike was bearings/hub and could not get disc router off all done with in 2 hours cost £67. Any more issues with my bike (which I hope not) I know where I be going as the Staff have great customer service and knows how to talk to people... read full comment
