It's an okay post office but it gets very busy, and even if there are two staff it can still take a very long time and there aren't many facilities. I use the one on Cornerswell for my prepaid parcels as it's typically much quieter and faster.

Absolutely hurrendous interaction, the guy completely messed everything up and was completely rude about it. I came out shocked that someone could be that rude. We have sent a formal complaint. I would never advise anyone to use this branch again.

This is an amazing post office situated in the heart of the town centre. Whilst it can get very busy at certain peak times; Chris and the team continue to provide fantastic service and always with a constant smile on their faces. Keep up the great work! :-)
