I've visited a number of the Lounge venues, and all are excellent. Although a big chain, they manage to maintain individuality. Ocho had a nice feel and vibe.

I see a few negative comments but I can only give my experience I visited on Sunday, it was very busy but found a table and ordered online. The drinks arrived promptly with the food following shortly after, all was excellent. Had a delightful time at Ocho Lounge, our server was Noah, he was SO friendly and I felt compelled to give a 5 star review for his service alone, thank you so much!
Ocho Lounge sits proudly on Windsor Street in the heart of Penarth. Out the front we’ve handsome rich red tiles, big windows and a few tables, just perfect for watching the good people of Penarth potter by. We serve a fantastic range of food and drinks (including full kids, gluten free and vegan menus) in our a lovely floral-wallpapered big space that stretches back across two floors inside. And out back we’ve the best treat of all; our lovely big secret outdoor terrace with eight tables. Or should that be Ocho mesas, spanish buffs?
