Disappointed with this Costa branch. The shop consistently closes earlier than advertised, which is very inconvenient. On top of that, I’ve overheard staff using inappropriate language, which is unprofessional and off-putting.

If there was a ‘0’ I would give one out, my son has Autism did a Order ask for a Cake beside hot chocolate and one for his Mum a Latte.. First thing they made a latte look like more a normal coffee which you’ve at home plus with Latte you have a head on it.. which I ended up not drinking the foreign guy did not listen... read full comment
