1 star is generous, doesn't let you give 0. Dropped off tickets to be sent via UPS. The store didn't give the package to UPS so the recipients missed the concert and the ticket selling site charged me £125 and we didn't get the money for the tickets. The selling site is trying to sort it out now. Will never use them again.
