Ordered delivery takeaway at 5pm for delivery at 6:30pm. It's now saying delivery is 20.35 and I can't get hold of anyone via phone to see why my order is taking so long

lovely food however customer service is shocking.myself and husband were stood waiting for 10 minutes for our table. wasn't overly busy and 3 people walked past not even acknowledging we were stood there.
