I went to shop on 15 December and placed an order for 3 packs of LVT. They didn’t have them in stocked and they said they will order them and will be delivered to store on 21st December. Today I called the store for an update and they said they don’t have them on stock and my order was not delivered and it is showing...

Placed an order online but had to pop in store a couple of times to get extras and return unused tiles. On both occasions the staff were extremely helpful.

let down by carrier Service. Totally unprofessional behaviour!!! rude.. totally disrespectful and, then completely hung-up on me when talking. if I can give you any advice, go and collect yourself from store, it will be quicker and an more pleasant experience.
