The best customer service I have experienced in a Screwfix Branch. The branch manager Mark in particular was excellent!

We usually place orders online and then pick them up in the shop. Orders are almost always ready to pick up within an hour of placing the order.The collection process is very simple and straightforward and usually fairly quick. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.There are plenty of parking spaces outside the shop... read full comment
