Twice I've tried to pay money in at 2.30pm and you've been closed despite hours showing on website as 3pm. Either you're a bank or not!One member of staff on counter serving a queue whilst two members of staff direct you to the machines.No way to treat customers!

Poor experience at the Newport branch with absolutely no enthusiasm from staff to address.Tried to deposit cash and was told that they could not accept because till was full. Had to get them to explain three times as I did not understand that a bank was refusing to take money. They suggested that there was no room for coins...

Unhelpful. You can't even open a bank account without booking online even though there were people working and available. Banks have become faceless and useless. No more do you have a local helpful branch.
