Pretty atrocious service. Paid extra for delivery, said it was out for delivery, then said they couldn’t deliver it. Tried ringing the branch but their phone doesn’t work. How convenient…

Multiple times when we have deliveries with them they "just missed us" despite me working from home and also my wife playing with my daughter outside when they supposedly came. Absolute disgrace - but they don't care.
