Ordered on app for table service, 20 minutes later no food arrived. Approached counter, nothing on their system, no reference number on the app. Very professionally dealt with by the staff but this has happened twice in the last few weeks. Ordered mcflurrys, they were barely half way full, asked them to top them up they said they would then just folded down the top bit as if that was going to make it seem like more was in there?! And then just handed them straight back! Not a couple minutes down the road and had already melted, waste of money and not value... read full comment
