Several times in the past I've been here to drop parcels off and shutters down or door locked. Went this afternoon at 15.50 and shutters down, staff working near counter no response apart from turning lights off!! If nothing else that's just rude! 3 of us were at dior and one lady said she had been twice before and shutters... read full comment
