I visited Gregg’s with a friend this afternoon (around 2:23-2:30 PM) and purchased three pastries. After realizing that two of them were cold, I politely approached the staff member who took my order and kindly asked if he could heat them up. To my surprise, he responded by repeatedly shouting “no”.
