Just want to say thank you to the staff member at Spytty, who went above and beyond when we realised my daughter had thrown somerhing away by mistake. We noticed after leaving the retail park and hurried back. Our request to search the bin was met with immediate help and a quick result...so very grateful as the item would...

Bakes and paper bags covered in pizza grease which transferred onto car seats, large mocha was a small in a large cup, how wrong can you get it, train your staff properly, I will never use this Greggs again!

Normally really good but noticing lately a tendency to completely ignore customers waiting to pay in order to fulfil delivery orders. I don't have a problem waiting if they're busy, but a glance up and an acknowledgement with a "be with you in a minute" would be nice.
