Do not buy any fish from here it was dead before we even got it home, they making excuses on phone before we could say anything, shocking customer service. BEAWARE ABOUT BUYING FISH FROM HERE SPENT OVER £60 THERE. WOULD OF SPENT ALOT MORE. SURE WONT BE RETURNING HERE

Zoars Ark has always been an example to other pet stores. The staff are well trained and are ready to spend time with you. I was looking to buy a royal python but their policy is you can not take an animal from the store until you can prove you can look after it. Brilliant. They must be loosing money by doing this.
