Very helpful in this store lovely lady exchanged my coat for a different size even though they weren't doing refunds or exchanges on Boxing day thank you New Look Neath.

Although it's a small store it's absolutely packed with a wide variety of clothes and accessories. Great for delivery to store items. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
