Was not busy when arrived, ordered food, was asked to park up, food came and a wrap was missing. Waited over 5 mins for the wrap in the mean time all other good went cold, staff there do not care and I have never had good service there, not convenient and definitely not fast food

Very rude manager at mcdonalds, briton ferry. Asked if he was the manager and he said yes. I believe it's a franchise so it's run by him and not under McDs high standards. I saw him with his finger up his nose! Pulled him up on it and he got nasty. What a vile man. Shouted at me saying 'there's something wrong with you'....
