Hsbc Neath....pleasant helpful staff made me welcome and introduced me to Ravdeep Johal to help with card scam..I was given an appointment to suit me the following morning.Problem was skillfully sorted, new card ordered and a nice smile. EXCELLENT, 5* service PH.

Often made to feel a nuisance whilst visiting the branch, with my business account. Not all business use online banking and when requiring a statement printed out you have to ask the staff as the machine does not accept business cards. Nine times out of ten the staff can be quite rude and belittle you for not using online...

Went in and wasn't greeted by a member of staff, they looked up at me and looked back to their computer. Then went to try and open an account in person- they said to apply online and didn't say they could do that in person with me.
