I know it’s more than likely policy, but it’s a little disappointing as a customer of the bank that you are made to feel as a nuisance when visiting the branch. Amazing customer service today (23/2/23)Fair play the staff at this branch are brilliant, especially a lady by the the name of Amanda Fox who processed are ISA applications, a massive credit to the organisation
