I have not received order the phone number says they on A/l till October (it’s January )the email address is not recognised. I have no way of finding out where order, no response from fb messenger

Awful way to do business. Ordered a tee shirt nearly six weeks ago but still no sign. Contacted useless owner many times but fails to get back to me. Will have to visit store myself to find out what is going on. Not happy. Very very poor customer service.
