The guy needs customer service training. He is so rude . He was quizzing me about my medication in front of other customers .

Refused to process prescription due to a 48 hour policy from Trellech Surgery, knowing full well I was out of medicine. I collected prescription back from The Well, walked up to boots and got my tablets in 10 minutes. No sense of customer service, no help received, avoid, Terrible Service overall.

Had to visit after getting tonsillitis while on holiday. Staff and pharmacist were brilliant, very friendly and got me sorted very quickly with the test and treat service.
