Always like to visit Waitrose. Great variety of products and they sell the best Gloucester Old Spot sausages.

Quality products at above average prices, however very helpful staff. The store is let down by the disgraceful state of the toilets, the smell, leaks, rust, and wear and tear of the fittings. The cafe is dreary but food etc good. Again staff are v helpful. Corporate management need to get their act together!

Good shop but the toilets are poorly serviced eg no toilet roll :(
