Service is always slow because they give priority to the drive-through. I've watched them behind the counter and theres no obvious method or system to how they work.

Completely over priced, staff are rude and slow..better off parking and popping into Greggs,, 11 pounds for a coffee and a bacon roll....what sauce would you like..brown..no sauce provided..had to drive around again ...

What’s the point of being able to order on the app, only to turn up and be told that the machine is being cleaned and you’ll have to wait 15-20 minutes for the drink you’ve already paid for?
