Terrible service yesterday (21.03) I needed a plumbing part and before I had even finished uttering my question the girl behind the desk barked at me that they were not electricians or plumbers. Fantastic price, friendly staff especially the trade team who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant friendly experienceThey do need a lesson on how to make coffee, but this does detract from the experience
